Tracy Miller
Owner
- Completed her first fix-and-flip in 1995, launching a long-term passion for renovating homes
- 30+ years buying, designing, renovating, and selling residential properties
- Former Area Executive Manager for Estée Lauder and Calvin Klein, overseeing multi-location teams
- Experience managing operations in insurance and financial services
- Oversaw logistics and operations for the family’s limousine business for six years
- Known for her strong eye for design, organization, and project coordination
- Focused on creating homes that are both beautiful and functional for modern living
Erik Miller
Co-Owner
- 30+ years of experience in mortgage lending and real estate finance
- Held a top executive role as Divisional Vice President, overseeing operations and sales for a 70-employee team
- Deep expertise in real estate financing, underwriting, and market evaluation
- Former business owner of a licensed auto dealership (2018–present)
- Co-owner and operator of a successful limousine company (2013–2019)
- Background in insurance and financial services
- Focused on ensuring every renovation is both a smart investment and a quality homes
