How much experience do you have in real estate and renovations?
Between the two of us, we bring over 30 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, leadership, and business operations. Tracy completed her first fix-and-flip in 1995 and has spent decades designing, renovating, and selling homes.
That experience helps us evaluate properties carefully, make smart renovation decisions, and create homes that truly add value.
